This role involves client relationship management and overseeing program delivery. You will be the primary liaison between our organization and clients, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and budgets, while actively contributing to client satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities include resolving daily issues in robotics processes and ensuring timely resolutions, along with maintaining comprehensive documentation for solutions, test procedures, and scenarios during UAT and production phases.

Configure efficient, maintainable, and understandable robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles. Analyze existing processes and manage change requirements through a structured process. Address and resolve day-to-day issues arising from robotics processes promptly. Maintain detailed documentation for solutions, test procedures, and scenarios during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production phases. Collaborate with process owners and business stakeholders to understand current processes and design automation workflows. Develop high-performing teams by providing challenging and meaningful opportunities. Deliver exceptional client service, maximizing results and fostering collaboration across the organization.

Build Analysis Services reporting models and develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop. Connect to diverse data sources, import data, and perform data transformations for Business Intelligence purposes. Exhibit excellent analytical thinking to translate data into informative visuals and reports. Implement row-level security on data and understand Power BI's application security layer models. Proficiently create DAX queries in Power BI Desktop and utilize advanced calculations on datasets. Be responsible for design methodology and project documentation. Develop tabular and multidimensional models compatible with warehouse standards. Publish and schedule Power BI reports according to business requirements. Thoroughly understand business requirements and develop data models accordingly, considering resource constraints. Possess knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis. Have proficiency with secondary tools like Microsoft Azure, SQL Data Warehouse, PolyBase, and Visual Studio. Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics (e.g., Power BI Service, API automation) and experience in developing custom solutions is essential.
