Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Power BI Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager. This role is pivotal in helping clients leverage vast amounts of data to generate actionable insights and gain a competitive advantage. You will be involved in strategic guidance and implementation services, focusing on business intelligence, data management, and next-generation analytics.

This position offers the opportunity to manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction and business growth. You'll be the key liaison, aligning goals, timelines, and budgets while driving successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining robotics processes efficiently, facilitating change management, and resolving daily operational issues with timely solutions. You will document solutions, test procedures, and UAT/production scenarios. This role involves coordinating with process owners to understand current processes and design automation flows. A significant part of the job is developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client service, fostering collaboration and positively influencing stakeholders.

We are seeking professionals with expertise in building Analysis Services reporting models and developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop. Essential skills include connecting to data sources, importing and transforming data, and excellent analytical thinking for data-to-visual translation. Proficiency in implementing row-level security, understanding Power BI application security, and making DAX queries are crucial. Experience with advanced calculations, design methodology, and project documentation is also required. Familiarity with secondary tools like Microsoft Azure, SQL Data Warehouse, PolyBase, and Visual Studio is beneficial. The ability to integrate Power BI reports into other applications via embedded analytics or API automation is a key requirement. A B.Tech or BE degree is the minimum educational qualification.
