Lead the design and technical delivery of scalable Java Spring Boot applications. Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.

Effectively plan and allocate tasks, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from sprint planning to deployment. You will manage deployments using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and actively participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and champion Agile methodologies. Identify and resolve issues during testing phases to enhance deliverable quality.

A minimum of 10 years in Java web application development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or mentoring role. Expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, JUnit, and RESTful web services is essential.

Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including services like Blob Storage, Service Bus, App Insights, Lambda, and S3. Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control is required.

Candidates must possess strong Object-Oriented design skills, a deep understanding of MVC, and excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is expected.
