This role offers opportunities across multiple locations, focusing on Informatica MDM solutions. We are seeking professionals for Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Manager positions.

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). Drive MDM lifecycle implementations, from initial requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support. Build and manage critical master data domains, including Customer, Product, and Vendor data. Define and implement scalable MDM architectures, supporting on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. Design integrations between MDM systems and upstream/downstream systems like ERP and CRM, aligning with enterprise data strategy. Develop robust data models for master data entities, including relationships, hierarchies, and golden record structures. Configure and optimize match & merge rules, survivorship logic, and trust frameworks for high-quality data consolidation. Develop data profiling, validation, standardization, and cleansing rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ). Manage Big Data Management (BDM) mappings and workflows for large-scale data processing, optimizing performance in Hadoop/Spark environments. Leverage IDMC services for cloud data integration, cloud MDM, and data quality initiatives, supporting cloud migration strategies. Design and develop integration services using SIF, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP) for real-time and batch data synchronization. Define and support data governance processes, data stewardship, and issue management frameworks, collaborating with business stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Hub, ORS, SIF, Match & Merge). - Proficiency in Informatica IDMC / Cloud MDM. - Expertise in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Informatica BDM (Big Data Management). - Experience with PowerCenter / IICS (Cloud Data Integration). - Solid understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles. - Deep knowledge of match & merge strategies and ETL/ELT processes.

Additional Technical Skills: - Strong SQL and database skills (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). - Experience with Hadoop, Spark, or Data Lake platforms. - Familiarity with API-based integrations.

Functional Expertise: - Experience with Master Data domains: Customer, Product, Supplier/Vendor. - Understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and golden record management.

Experience: - 1-12+ years of experience in MDM/Data Management. - Proven track record of delivering end-to-end MDM implementations.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in cloud migration projects (on-premise to IDMC). - Knowledge of Informatica Axon / EDC (Data Governance tools). - Informatica certifications (MDM, IDQ, IDMC) are a significant plus.

Education: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
