We are seeking an accomplished Informatica MDM (Master Data Management) specialist to spearhead enterprise data management initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses robust experience with Informatica MDM Hub, Data Quality (IDQ), and ETL processes, complemented by a solid understanding of data governance and integration principles.

Design and implement robust Informatica MDM solutions, managing the end-to-end MDM lifecycle from data landing and staging through to the creation of Base Objects, match, merge, and publish processes. Configure and manage Hierarchy Manager (HM) and relationships, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

Develop and maintain data models for critical domains such as Customer and Product. Optimize batch jobs, load processes, and Hub Console configurations for efficiency. Utilize strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting match, merge, and survivorship issues. Integrate MDM capabilities using SIF APIs or basic REST APIs.

A minimum of 8 years in Data Engineering, Integration, or MDM roles is required, with 4-6 years specifically focused on Informatica IDMC. Proven success in large-scale enterprise data integration and cloud transformation projects is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are key, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Leadership and mentoring abilities are also valued.

Key technical proficiencies include Informatica MDM Hub (Multidomain), Informatica Data Director (IDD) configuration, and understanding of Base Objects, Staging Tables, and Landing Tables. Experience with Match & Merge (deterministic and probabilistic), Trust & Validation rules, and Hierarchy Manager (HM) is crucial. Familiarity with IDMC components like CDI, CAI, CDQ, and MDM SaaS (Business 360, Customer 360) is beneficial, as is exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data governance concepts. Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Shell) and familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git) are advantageous.
