We are seeking a Program/Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure successful program delivery. This position is the main liaison between the organization and clients, focusing on goal alignment, budget adherence, and driving client satisfaction and business expansion.

Design and implement comprehensive data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC services, including Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Data Quality (CDQ). Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud and on-premise environments. Build plex mappings, workflows, and transformations for enterprise data integration. Enable real-time, batch, and API-driven integrations. Define data integration architecture and enterprise data models. Lead MDM solution implementations on IDMC. Establish best practices and reusable components. Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Implement data governance, quality rules, and validation processes. Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards. Monitor and enhance data accuracy, lineage, and metadata. Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability. Troubleshoot data integration issues and production failures. Manage Secure Agents and runtime environments. Provide L2/L3 support. Integrate IDMC with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Snowflake. Develop API integrations and data ingestion pipelines. Work with cloud platforms and modern data warehouses. Provide technical leadership and mentorship. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Drive Agile delivery and SDLC processes.

Candidates should possess at least 8 years of experience in Data Engineering or Integration, with a minimum of 4-6 years focused on Informatica IDMC. Proven experience in enterprise-scale data integration and cloud transformation projects is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Leadership and mentoring abilities are also highly valued. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is expected. Expertise in Informatica IDMC/IICS, CDI, CAI, CDQ, MDM SaaS (Business 360, Customer 360), ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data modelling, SQL, APIs, and scripting (Python/Shell) is mandatory. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data governance, metadata, data lineage concepts, CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices is also necessary.
