As a Manager in our team, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently exceeding expectations. This role is key to designing, developing, and deploying robust data solutions.

Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying solutions using various tools and methodologies, ensuring adherence to design principles. You will configure robotics processes efficiently, maintaining clear and easily understandable workflows. Understanding existing processes and facilitating structured change management is crucial.

You will be responsible for resolving daily operational issues with robotics processes and providing prompt solutions. Maintaining comprehensive documentation for solutions, test procedures, and user acceptance testing (UAT) and production phases is essential. Collaborating with process owners and business stakeholders to define automation process flows will also be a key part of your duties.

We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of finance systems and processes, including fund accounting and private credit. Advanced SQL and database experience are essential. Hands-on experience with DBT and BigQuery is required, along with knowledge of Data Mesh and domain-oriented architecture.

Expertise in data modeling, particularly dimensional modeling, is necessary. Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Excel is expected. Strong analytical skills and business acumen are critical. Additionally, a solid understanding of data governance, CDMC controls, and data quality management practices is required for this position.
