Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as an experienced AOSP Developer. This role focuses on designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Android platform software. You will leverage your expertise in Android framework development, Linux, and device customization to deliver sophisticated Android OS solutions.

This is an immediate joiner opportunity for individuals with 3-7 years of experience. The interview process will be conducted virtually, and the base location is Hyderabad, with a hybrid work model.

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Android platform software. Collaborate closely with hardware, BSP, kernel, and application teams. Integrate HAL components and work on Android system internals. Develop customized Android OS solutions. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and optimization of the Android platform.

A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in Android development, with a strong focus on AOSP architecture and the Android Framework. Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, C++, and C is essential. Solid understanding of Linux system programming. Experience with Android Binder IPC, HIDL/AIDL, and Android HAL development. Familiarity with Android build systems like Soong and Make. Experience in agile and DevOps environments, along with mobile app architecture best practices. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, network frameworks, and third-party library integration. Skills in performance optimization, memory management, and app security are highly valued.
