We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Architect to spearhead the quality engineering strategy for innovative AI-driven and Generative AI applications. This pivotal role demands a forward-thinking approach to AI quality, encompassing LLM validation, AI safety, governance, and the development of robust, scalable automation architectures. You will be instrumental in establishing enterprise-wide standards to ensure AI systems are accurate, reliable, safe, and compliant.

Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies for AI/LLM platforms, including scalable automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript) and BDD (Python/Behave). Establish best practices for reusable test architecture across teams, driving test strategies for UI, API, and CMS applications, including AEM. Champion a shift-left testing and automation-first culture. Develop frameworks for AI quality validation, focusing on accuracy, bias, fairness, safety, and edge cases, while designing LLM evaluation strategies and feedback loops. Architect end-to-end and API test automation suites, ensuring high coverage across all application layers and implementing effective test data strategies. Define and enforce Responsible AI testing standards, ensuring traceability, auditability, and compliance, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates.

We require a seasoned QA professional with over 13 years of experience and proven architect-level expertise. Essential skills include strong proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript, along with hands-on experience in AI/LLM testing and building scalable automation frameworks. Demonstrable experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured), BDD (Python + Behave), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) is mandatory. A solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices is also crucial for success in this role. Experience with Generative AI systems, Responsible AI frameworks, and cloud environments is highly desirable.
