As a Lead Testing and Quality Assurance Engineer with 12+ years of experience, you will define and execute the Quality Engineering and Test Automation strategy for data transformation initiatives. You will act as the senior testing authority, establish enterprise standards, and drive the transition to AI-enabled Quality Engineering. Responsibilities include leading the adoption of GenAI-enabled testing capabilities, developing AI-assisted approaches for test design, data creation, defect prediction, and more. You will also define enterprise automation frameworks, champion shift-left and continuous testing practices, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Key technical expertise includes advanced Python programming, strong SQL and data validation skills, and a deep understanding of modern data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks. You should have extensive experience in building enterprise-scale automation frameworks, ETL, data warehouse, and migration testing. Familiarity with CI/CD, GitLab, DevOps practices, and expertise in test orchestration, reconciliation, and data quality validation are essential. Demonstrable experience implementing GenAI-assisted testing solutions and a passion for driving innovation in testing practices are highly valued.
