Lead and manage technology projects within the Banking/Financial Services domain, ensuring successful delivery.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and communication.

Oversee project governance, reporting, and steering committee meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

Utilize your understanding of AI, Gen AI, and RPA to guide project scope and strategy.

Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using tools like MS Project and JIRA.

A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Project Management is essential, with a proven track record in delivering projects within the Banking or Financial Services sector.

Possess a foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (Gen AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other emerging technologies.

Demonstrate excellent stakeholder and client management skills, alongside robust governance and delivery management capabilities.

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence is required. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies is expected.
