Key duties involve designing and implementing DevOps practices for mainframe modernization. You will modernize software development lifecycles, create CI/CD pipelines for COBOL, PL/I, and JCL, and integrate mainframe workflows with enterprise DevOps platforms. Automate builds, testing, deployments, and configure Rocket Software DevOps tools. Collaborate with various teams, establish automated quality gates, and support the shift from waterfall to Agile methodologies.

A minimum of 6 years of IT experience is required, with at least 3 years dedicated to DevOps or mainframe modernization. You need strong experience with enterprise-scale mainframe environments and hands-on implementation of Rocket Software-based DevOps solutions. Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery models, along with a solid understanding of software release governance and change management, is essential.
