This role focuses on configuring and administering critical IBM Sterling suite applications and managing secure file transfer protocols, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of data exchange.

Configure and administer IBM Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP), SEAS, Sterling B2Bi, and SFG. Manage essential security components including SSL/TLS, SSH, and PGP certificates, alongside LDAP authentication, SSO, and secure file transfer protocols.

Monitor production environments using IBM Control Center, actively manage alerts, and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Lead incident resolution, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and manage ITIL change processes. Oversee the entire trading partner onboarding lifecycle, including certificate exchange, connectivity testing, and go-live support, contributing to improved authentication success rates.

Troubleshoot a wide range of file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, and Connect:Direct. Handle EDI transactions and mappings (X12, EDIFACT) and provide support for Axway B2Bi/SecureTransport. Deploy and support Sterling applications on OpenShift (OCP), including pod monitoring and scaling. Conduct thorough Linux troubleshooting, log analysis, network diagnostics, and JVM performance checks to ensure system stability and performance.
