Develop comprehensive project plans for mechanical erection works on thermal power projects, covering all packages including boilers and BoP components. You will also manage the delivery of erection materials by coordinating with manufacturing units and ensure task readiness by verifying availability of design, manpower, equipment, and materials.

Track contractor resources, monitor manpower needs to meet construction targets, and propose strategies to accelerate mechanical erection. Collaborate with the engineering team for issue resolution and develop project plans aligned with system readiness and overall commissioning. Prepare capital expenditure plans for mechanical erection and follow up with contractors to ensure commitments are met. Assistance in monitoring contractor performance is also key.

We are seeking candidates with 6-15 years of experience in mechanical works for large infrastructure projects, including a minimum of 6 years managing mechanical works for significant thermal power projects, ideally involving boiler or turbine erection. Strong presentation abilities and excellent command of the English language are essential.

Candidates who can join early or immediately are preferred. A Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from a premier engineering college is required, with a postgraduate degree considered an advantage.
