Key responsibilities include eliciting technology aspirations and current business processes through sessions with business teams. You will capture business requirements, convert them into user stories, and manage sign-offs. Providing insights on market trends and emerging capabilities, engaging with external agencies, and creating comprehensive project documentation are crucial. You will also assist in UAT, manage application releases, conduct knowledge transfers, and train client teams on developed solutions.

A mandatory background in the Oil and Gas domain is required, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years specifically within the oil and gas industry. Essential skills include requirement gathering, creating user stories, sprint grooming, and providing functional expertise. Familiarity with market trends, project documentation, UAT assistance, and conducting training sessions is expected. Proficiency in Power BI is also necessary. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech (CS/IT or any branch) and a regular MBA. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Mumbai, India.
