As part of the Operation, Industry and Domain Solutions team, you'll engage with intelligent, globally aware individuals, solving key business challenges across diverse roles and functions. This role is dynamic, set against a backdrop of constant industry evolution, offering a fulfilling journey.

Develop comprehensive project plans for mechanical erection works on thermal power projects, covering boiler, main powerhouse, and BoP components.

Coordinate the planning and delivery of erection materials, liaising directly with manufacturing units.

Review task readiness, ensuring necessary inputs like design, manpower, equipment, and materials are available for construction.

Track contractor resource and manpower against construction targets.

Propose strategies and execution practices to accelerate mechanical erection activities.

Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any technical issues.

Align mechanical erection project plans with system readiness and overall commissioning schedules.

Prepare capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans for mechanical erection works.

Follow up with contractors and execution agencies to meet project targets and commitments.

Assist in monitoring contractor performance.

Seeking a seasoned professional with 6-15 years of experience in mechanical works for large infrastructure projects, including a minimum of 6 years managing mechanical works for a significant thermal power project, ideally involving boiler or turbine erection.

Strong presentation skills and excellent command of the English language are essential.

Candidates available for early or immediate joining are preferred.
