As an IT Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This involves conducting sessions to understand current processes and aspirations, capturing and converting business requirements into user stories, and facilitating sprint grooming for functional expertise.

You will also provide insights into market trends and emerging capabilities within and outside the Oil and Gas domain. Engaging with external agencies, creating comprehensive project documentation, and assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production releases are core responsibilities.

Furthermore, you'll manage knowledge transfer for existing initiatives and new developments, and conduct training sessions for client teams on the effective usage of developed solutions. Benchmarking client capabilities against industry best practices, covering functional and technological innovations, policy changes, and disruptive ideas, is also a crucial aspect of this role.

This role demands a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years specifically within the Oil and Gas domain. A strong foundation in Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential, with expertise in these areas considered a significant advantage.

Educational qualifications require a B.Tech (in CS/IT or any branch) combined with a regular MBA. You will be based in Mumbai and will work from the office, contributing directly to client projects in this location.
