As an IT Business Analyst, you will cultivate strong client relationships and foster effective team collaboration. Your role involves understanding client technology aspirations, analyzing current business processes, and meticulously gathering business requirements for new developments and changes.

You will translate these requirements into user stories, facilitate sprint grooming, and provide essential functional expertise. Additionally, you will research and present market trends, emerging capabilities, and engage with external stakeholders as needed. Your responsibilities also include creating comprehensive project documentation, assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting application releases into production.

Furthermore, you will manage knowledge transfer for existing initiatives and new developments, ensuring seamless support and continuous improvement. Delivering training to client teams on developed solutions will also be a key aspect of your role, empowering users to effectively leverage new tools and processes.

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with a mandatory background in the Oil and Gas stream and a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 4 years specifically within the oil and gas domain. Proficiency in Power BI is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include capturing business requirements, converting them into user stories, and facilitating their sign-off. You will also be responsible for providing insights into market trends and emerging capabilities, engaging with external agencies for time-bound deployments, and creating detailed project documentation.

Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or any branch, combined with a regular MBA. The position is based in Mumbai and requires a work-from-office arrangement.
