Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend applications and services using Java and Spring Boot.

Create and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between backend services and databases, as well as external systems.

Actively participate in code reviews, identify and resolve issues, and contribute to optimizing application performance and code quality.

Possess 4-9 years of experience in Java Backend Development or Software Engineering.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java, Core Java, object-oriented programming (OOP), and modern Java features (Java 8+).

Have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and building microservices architectures.

Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, coupled with a solid understanding of JSON and HTTP protocols.

Exhibit strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and query optimization, with some exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

Proficient in using Git for version control, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to enhance coding, review, and testing processes.

Possess a good understanding of unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.

Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
