Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in SimCorp Dimension. This role focuses on leveraging data to provide strategic guidance and implementation services, helping companies manage data effectively and derive actionable insights for fact-driven decision-making. The team works with business intelligence, data management, performance management, and next-generation analytics technologies.

This is an opportunity for an Asset Management professional with expertise in SimCorp Dimension Compliance Manager and a solid understanding of investment compliance processes. You will play a crucial role in configuring compliance rules, conducting testing, managing system implementations, facilitating data migration, and providing production support, all while collaborating closely with Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining compliance rules within SimCorp Compliance Manager. You will translate investment guidelines, regulatory mandates, and client requirements into robust system-based compliance controls.

Support will be provided for pre-trade and post-trade compliance monitoring, compliance breach detection and reporting, and exception management processes. This role also involves participating in data migration, testing, and rollout activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing. You'll investigate compliance breaches, assist in issue resolution, and prepare essential business documentation, test cases, and user guides. Collaboration with Portfolio Management, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams is fundamental to success.

We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Operations, Compliance, or Capital Markets. A strong grasp of investment compliance concepts and portfolio restrictions is essential.

Hands-on experience or exposure to SimCorp Dimension Compliance Manager is highly preferred. Ideal candidates will also possess experience in one or more of the following areas: Compliance Rule Configuration, Testing (SIT/UAT), Data Migration, System Integration, or Application Support. Experience with other Asset Management platforms like Charles River, Aladdin, or Sentinel, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as UCITS, AIFMD, or ESG restrictions are considered advantageous.
