Develop and implement robust observability solutions using tools like Elastic or New Relic.

Manage and enhance AI Ops capabilities and log aggregation strategies.

Implement and optimize application performance monitoring to ensure system health.

Utilize scripting skills in Python, Shell, and JavaScript for automation and integration tasks.

Contribute to DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub within a SCRUM framework.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

Demonstrated experience with observability tools (e.g., Elastic, New Relic), AI Ops, and log aggregation.

Proficiency in application performance monitoring and both infrastructure and application monitoring.

Strong scripting abilities in Python, Shell scripts, and Java scripts.

Familiarity with DevOps principles, including Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins, GitHub), and SCRUM methodologies.

Experience with Open Telemetry, AWS, or Kubernetes is highly preferred.
