Collaborate with stakeholders to define Back Office requirements and translate them into development user stories and acceptance criteria. Utilize extensive Calypso Back Office domain expertise to design and configure customized solutions that align with business needs. Develop comprehensive current and future state solution documentation, including detailed process flow diagrams, to ensure stakeholder buy-in. Work closely with the Calypso Development team to guarantee delivered functionality meets back office business requirements and provides significant value.

A minimum of 3 years of Calypso Developer experience is required, focusing on documenting business requirements and translating them into user stories. We seek a self-motivated individual adept at understanding business processes, system integrations, and dependencies. The ability to quickly grasp business concepts and objectives to build credibility with stakeholders is essential. Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office applications is also necessary. Experience with Calypso versions 16.1 onwards, ideally V17/V18, and modules like BO (Trade/Transfer/Message workflows) is highly valued. Familiarity with external systems such as K+, Summit, Sigma, Murex, SWIFT, Accord, Tram, and CityNet is preferred.
