Collaborate with stakeholders to define Back Office requirements and document development user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Utilize extensive Calypso Back Office domain expertise to tailor Calypso solutions meeting business needs. Develop detailed solution documentation, including process flows, to gain stakeholder buy-in. Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure delivered functionality aligns with back office business requirements and provides value.

Requires 6+ years of experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into development User Stories. You should be a self-motivated individual, capable of thoroughly understanding existing business processes, system integrations, and dependencies. The ability to quickly grasp business concepts, objectives, and processes is crucial for establishing trust with stakeholders. Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) and Microsoft Office Applications is essential. Experience with Calypso versions 16.1 onwards, particularly V17/V18, is highly desired, along with expertise in Calypso Modules BO setup and customization, trade/transfer/message workflows, and integration with external systems like K+, Summit, Sigma, Murex, SWIFT, Accord, Tram, and CityNet.
