Design and implement secure, highly available on-premises DevOps platforms with disaster recovery capabilities. Build and manage enterprise CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps Server. Administer and optimize Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms, including Helm deployments and container management. Automate infrastructure provisioning with Ansible, Terraform, and scripting. Implement DevSecOps practices for enhanced security and compliance. Establish observability and SRE practices for incident management and service reliability. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Mentor DevOps engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure and reliable operations.

Requires 10-15 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure automation within enterprise on-premises environments. Proven experience leading technical teams and working in regulated sectors, ideally banking or financial services.

Key skills include expertise in Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps Server, GitHub Enterprise), infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform), scripting (Python, Bash), Linux administration, DevSecOps practices, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Splunk).

Familiarity with banking/financial services domain and RBI IT governance is beneficial. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. Experience with hybrid cloud and related certifications is a plus.
