You will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices, enforce Infrastructure as Code standards using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, and manage EKS/Kubernetes clusters. A key focus will be on implementing DevSecOps principles for enhanced security and compliance. You will also drive observability through monitoring and logging solutions, manage costs effectively through FinOps practices, and mentor your team to achieve engineering excellence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential for success.

We are seeking candidates with 8-15 years of extensive hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering, specifically with significant production experience in AWS. Essential skills include proficiency with core AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ELB, Route 53, KMS, Organizations), EKS/Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, ECR, Terraform/CloudFormation, Python, Bash, and enterprise CI/CD tools. Experience with security and SRE practices, including incident management and high availability, is crucial. Prior experience in a regulated environment, preferably in banking or financial services, is highly preferred. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering is required.
