We are seeking a dynamic Associate Director/Manager specializing in AI Data Center MEP Design to lead the engineering of cutting-edge Tier IV data centers. This pivotal role involves developing comprehensive mechanical and electrical (M&E) design strategies focused on resilience, scalability, and exceptional energy efficiency for high-density AI environments.

Lead the end-to-end design and engineering of next-generation AI-focused Tier IV data centers. Develop and implement robust M&E design strategies. Ensure maximum resilience, scalability, and energy efficiency within high-density AI computing environments. Oversee the integration of advanced cooling and power distribution systems tailored for AI workloads.

A minimum of 9-15 years of extensive experience in data center design, with a strong emphasis on recent hands-on involvement. Proven success in designing Tier IV data centers is a mandatory requirement. Expertise in mechanical systems, including cooling and HVAC for high-density setups, is crucial. Proficiency in electrical systems, covering power distribution and backup solutions, is essential. Prior experience with AI/HPC workloads and high-density data centers is highly valued. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
