Drive IT/SRE automation, AIOps, and service management initiatives. Implement AI/GenAI and LLM-based automation solutions, including workflow automation and ChatOps. Utilize ITSM and observability platforms to enhance service delivery. Apply strong understanding of SRE principles, incident/problem management, and ITIL frameworks. Develop and maintain automation scripts and governance policies. Analyze operational data to drive improvements. Work with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus. Explore and integrate AI/GenAI tools and prompt engineering for automation advancements.

Requires 8+ years of experience in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, or service management. Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, LLM-based automation, workflow automation, ITSM, observability, and ChatOps. Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Azure/AWS/GCP, observability tools, and automation/orchestration tools is a plus. Possess a solid understanding of SRE, incident/problem management, ITIL, automation governance, and operational analytics. Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, Docker, Azure, CI/CD Pipelines, and API automation/scripting is essential. Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is required. Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, or comparable automation/DevOps tools is necessary. Familiarity with Azure/AWS and monitoring/observability tools like Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus is expected. Exposure to AI/GenAI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered automation is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
