Join our Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in Agentic AI Development. This role focuses on leveraging vast amounts of data to provide strategic guidance and implementation services, helping companies manage information and derive actionable insights. You will be instrumental in transforming data into a competitive advantage through expertise in business intelligence, data management, and advanced analytics.

Design, architect, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and multi-agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry. Develop sophisticated agentic workflows incorporating reasoning, tool invocation, human-in-the-loop processes, and robust exception handling.

Build Python and Azure-based services, APIs, and custom tools to support agent functionality. Implement solutions for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise knowledge grounding, and large language models (LLMs). Develop Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Dataverse solutions as needed. Integrate agents with various systems including APIs, SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise platforms.

Design custom connectors and integrations across the Power Platform and Azure ecosystems. Implement essential security measures, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), governance policies, guardrails, and authentication for all AI solutions. Gain experience in agent observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop implementations. Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and deployments using Azure DevOps. Take ownership of technical design, development, testing, monitoring, and production support.

We are seeking a hands-on Agentic AI Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, Azure, the Power Platform, and Power Automate. You should have a proven ability to design and build enterprise-grade AI agents and automated business solutions.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. A strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and practical application is essential for this role.
