Design and implement custom connectors and integrations across the Power Platform and Azure ecosystems. Ensure AI solutions are secured with appropriate DLP, governance, guardrails, and authentication protocols. Manage ALM, CI/CD, and deployments using Azure DevOps, while owning the full lifecycle from technical design and development to testing, monitoring, and production support.

We are seeking a hands-on Agentic AI Developer with proven expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, Azure, Power Platform, and Power Automate. A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should be adept at designing, architecting, building, and deploying AI agents and multi-agent solutions. Proficiency in developing agentic workflows with reasoning and exception handling is essential. Experience in building Python/Azure services, APIs, and custom tools for agents is also a key requirement. Familiarity with RAG, enterprise knowledge grounding, and LLM-based solutions is necessary. The role involves developing Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Dataverse solutions, as well as integrating agents with various enterprise systems and APIs. Strong understanding of AI solution security, governance, and ALM practices using Azure DevOps is expected.
