This role is for a Consultant/Senior Consultant focused on backend development using Java and Spring Boot. You'll design and build scalable enterprise applications, microservices, and RESTful APIs, adhering to software engineering best practices. The ideal candidate thrives on creating resilient, high-performing applications and collaborating within cross-functional teams.

Develop and deliver robust backend applications utilizing Java (8+/17+) and Spring Boot. Design and implement enterprise-grade microservices and RESTful APIs. Apply software engineering principles such as SOLID, DRY, and OOP. Implement GoF Design Patterns effectively. Utilize Spring AOP for cross-cutting concerns like logging and security. Ensure code quality through unit testing with frameworks like JUnit and Mockito. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps practices.

Requires 3-9 years of experience in Java backend development, with strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Must have hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, RESTful API design, and development. A solid understanding of SOLID principles, DRY, OOP, and GoF Design Patterns is essential. Experience with centralized exception handling in Spring Boot and Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP) using Spring AOP is required. Proficiency in unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and CI/CD pipelines is necessary. Experience with Docker and exposure to Kubernetes are also key. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills are a must, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities in Agile environments.
