Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in AI & Data. This role focuses on leveraging vast amounts of data to provide strategic guidance and implementation services. You will help companies manage data effectively, transforming it into actionable insights for data-driven decision-making and gaining a competitive edge. The practice covers business intelligence, data management, performance management, and advanced analytics including big data, cloud, cognitive, and machine learning.

As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in facilitating Agile delivery and driving enterprise-scale Agile transformation. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Key responsibilities include guiding teams through Agile processes, fostering a collaborative environment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within a scaled Agile framework.

We are seeking candidates with 3-9 years of comprehensive experience in Agile environments, specifically with proven expertise as a SAFe Scrum Master. Prior experience in Agile transformation and scaling frameworks is essential. A background in technical roles like software development or DevOps is preferred, and experience delivering Data Analytics projects is highly advantageous. Proficiency in scripting languages like Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation is also required. A strong understanding of the SAFe framework, Agile principles, SDLC, and technical project management is crucial. Familiarity with PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Inspect & Adapt sessions, along with excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, is expected.
