This Senior Consultant role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to enterprise-scale Agile transformations.

As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in facilitating Agile delivery. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, development teams, and business stakeholders. Your role involves guiding Agile transformation initiatives and ensuring efficient execution within enterprise environments. This position demands proactive engagement to foster collaboration and drive successful project outcomes.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 3-9 years of experience in Agile environments, specifically with proven SAFe Scrum Master expertise. Experience in Agile transformation and scaling frameworks is essential. While not mandatory, prior experience in technical roles like software development or DevOps is preferred. A strong background in delivering Data Analytics projects will be highly advantageous. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation is required. A solid understanding of SAFe, Agile principles, Scrum, and scaled Agile delivery is crucial.
