As a Senior Consultant specializing in AI & Data with a Scrum Master role, you will be instrumental in driving enterprise-scale Agile transformations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative environment.

As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), development teams, and business stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to facilitate Agile delivery and spearhead enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives. This involves ensuring smooth execution of Agile ceremonies and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.

We are seeking candidates with 3-9 years of experience in Agile environments, specifically with proven experience as a SAFe Scrum Master. Experience in Agile transformation and scaling frameworks is essential. Prior experience in technical roles such as software development or DevOps is preferred, and hands-on experience delivering Data Analytics projects is highly advantageous.

Key technical skills include proficiency in scripting languages like Shell, Python, and PowerShell for automation. A strong understanding of the SAFe framework, Agile principles, Scrum, and scaled Agile delivery is required. Knowledge of SDLC, technical project management, Agile coaching, and stakeholder management is also important. Experience with PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Inspect & Adapt sessions, along with strong communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities, are crucial. Familiarity with ETL, Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and reporting fundamentals is beneficial.
