Drive end-to-end transformation delivery, collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, PMO, and IT Managers. Champion Agile transformation, acting as a practitioner and coach to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and establish scalable, outcome-focused delivery practices.

Build and operationalize Agentic AI capabilities, designing Claude-style skills and workflows to support transformation activities. Identify and incubate high-value AI use cases for automation and augmentation across planning, governance, reporting, and decision support. Create and institutionalize AI-powered playbooks to embed AI into daily operations.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 8-14 years of experience, specifically in AI enhancement and end-to-end transformation delivery. Proven hands-on experience managing delivery using Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies is essential.

Your role will involve acting as an AI evangelist and change leader, driving AI adoption through demonstrations, coaching, and fostering communities of practice. You should possess a product innovator's mindset, experimenting with emerging LLMs and agentic AI patterns to convert ideas into scalable products and capabilities that deliver measurable improvements in productivity and transformation outcomes.
