Join a leading Technology & Transformation practice focused on unlocking the power of data through AI and advanced analytics. This role is pivotal in guiding companies to manage data effectively and gain an insight-driven advantage.

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Owner to lead end-to-end transformation delivery. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and IT managers, leveraging Agile methodologies. Your expertise will drive Agile transformation initiatives and foster outcome-focused delivery practices across diverse teams.

Drive Agile transformation and implement new ways of working, acting as a coach to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and establish scalable delivery practices.

Build and operationalize Agentic AI capabilities, including designing agent instructions, workflows, and reusable components for transformation functions.

Identify and incubate high-value AI use cases to automate and improve activities like requirements gathering, planning, risk management, governance, and reporting.

Create and institutionalize AI-powered playbooks, embedding AI into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Serve as an AI evangelist and change leader, promoting AI adoption through demonstrations, coaching, and measurable outcome metrics.

Requires 8-14 years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on AI enhancement.

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end transformation delivery, utilizing Jira, Confluence, and Agile practices.

Proven ability to drive Agile transformation and act as an Agile practitioner/coach.

Experience in building and operationalizing Agentic AI capabilities and designing Claude-style agent instructions.

Skilled in identifying and incubating AI use cases for automation and improvement across transformation activities.

Familiarity with AI operations use cases is a plus.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
