You will be instrumental in enhancing DevOps maturity across teams, designing resilient AWS architectures, and ensuring top-tier operational performance in deployment and monitoring.

Lead the design and implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines using AWS services and tools like Jenkins. Architect and manage AWS infrastructure via Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform and CloudFormation. Oversee microservices deployments in Kubernetes environments (Amazon EKS), managing orchestration and Helm charts. Drive the adoption of key AWS-native services such as Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, and S3. Implement comprehensive observability frameworks using CloudWatch, Datadog, or Splunk for system reliability. Define and enforce effective branching strategies aligned with Agile practices and governance. Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate DevOps seamlessly across development, QA, and operations. Mentor DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure adherence to AWS security best practices and governance standards.

A minimum of 8 to 14 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or equivalent leadership roles is essential. Requires at least 3 years of direct experience with AWS DevOps tools and core AWS cloud services. Demonstrate strong proficiency in CI/CD tools, Git, and scripting languages like Bash and PowerShell. Possess proven experience with Infrastructure as Code solutions such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible. Solid understanding of containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes (EKS) is necessary. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks is expected. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
