Lead the end-to-end delivery for a team, program, or value stream, ensuring robust delivery governance and project management discipline. You will empower teams to achieve predictable outcomes, proactively remove impediments, and effectively manage risks and dependencies. Ensure stakeholders maintain clear visibility and control from project initiation through to go-live and benefits realization.

A minimum of 8 years of project and program management experience in complex enterprise IT environments is essential, along with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage global delivery. You should possess a good understanding and experience of regulatory standards and concepts within Operational Resilience, Controls design & monitoring, IT Risk Management, Business Continuity, and/or Enterprise Risk Management. Experience in designing and implementing governance models and operating models is also required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is necessary for preparing presentations, reports, and performing data analysis. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is a prerequisite. You will support the design and delivery of Management Information (MI) to provide an effective overview of operational resilience and demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.
