Join our dynamic team as a Cyber Security Manager, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and leveraging industry-leading frameworks like ISO 27001. This role is pivotal in helping organizations fortify their defenses against cyber threats and manage cyber risks effectively, enabling them to embrace new opportunities securely. We champion a proactive approach to cybersecurity, ensuring resilience and the protection of critical assets.

Establish and maintain robust risk governance frameworks, including comprehensive risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation processes. Design and validate secure IT and OT architectures, embedding application security principles throughout the development lifecycle. Oversee the design, development, and rollout of security programs, alongside IT risk management and compliance initiatives. Manage third-party risk assessments and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks such as RBI, SEBI, IRDA, and PCI DSS. Provide expert advice on secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms, ensuring compliance and security standards are met.

We are seeking a subject matter specialist with extensive experience in GRC and diverse security domains, particularly in utilizing standards like ISO/IEC 17799, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, and ITIL. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is required, ideally from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC are highly regarded. Candidates should possess 8-15 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity consulting, risk management, and compliance, coupled with in-depth knowledge of security frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
