Your responsibilities will encompass assessing and securing telecom network components, including Core, RAN, Transport, IMS, and Edge networks. You will monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents, and implement robust security controls for 4G LTE, 5G, VoIP, IMS, and signaling protocols.

Key duties include conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, developing and maintaining cybersecurity monitoring and incident response procedures, and investigating security events using SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence platforms. You will also perform root cause analysis, support SOC activities, ensure compliance with GSMA, 3GPP, NIST, and ISO 27001 standards, and develop security policies.

Additionally, you will identify and assess cybersecurity risks, conduct security reviews for new deployments, recommend mitigation strategies, and secure cloud-native telecom applications and virtualized network functions. This includes implementing security controls for Open RAN, MEC, SDN, and NFV environments, evaluating 5G security architecture, and coordinating with various stakeholders to provide technical guidance and support awareness initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, telecommunications, or network security.

A strong understanding of telecom network architecture and protocols is essential, along with practical experience with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, and container technologies is also required.

Knowledge of TCP/IP, Diameter, SS7, SIP, GTP, DNS, and LTE/5G protocols is crucial. Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CCNP Security, CCIE Security, GSMA Security Certifications, or CCSP. Expertise in areas such as 4G LTE and 5G Security, Telecom Core Network Security, Cloud Security, SIEM and Security Monitoring, Threat Intelligence, Network Security Architecture, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing, Incident Response and Forensics, and IAM and Zero Trust Security will be highly valued.
