As a Security Architect Deputy Manager, you will develop and implement the enterprise-wide cybersecurity and information security strategy. You'll provide C-level guidance, recommendations, and reporting, and establish a long-term roadmap aligned with business objectives and emerging threats. This role involves advising leadership on security investments, ensuring compliance with frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST, and conducting comprehensive risk assessments. You will also be instrumental in developing and enforcing security policies, leading incident response, and managing cybersecurity programs.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or IT. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, risk management, or IT leadership roles is essential, with proven experience in CISO, Deputy CISO, or Security Director capacities. Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, COBIT) and experience in risk management, incident response, cloud security, and third-party risk management are required. Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly advantageous. Familiarity with OT/ICS security principles is also beneficial.
