As a Deputy Manager in the Cyber: ES team, you will be at the forefront of cryptography and cybersecurity consulting, assisting organizations in navigating the quantum era. Your responsibilities will include leading cryptographic security assessments and PQC readiness initiatives, conducting secure architecture reviews, and managing client engagements.

You will also lead crypto-agility initiatives, perform detailed reviews of PKI, HSM, TLS, and key management systems, and conduct PQC readiness assessments with comprehensive migration planning. Managing cybersecurity engagements, stakeholder communications, and mentoring junior analysts are key aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will contribute to business development and proposal activities.

We are seeking a Master's or PhD degree holder with 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, cryptography, and security architecture. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, or CEH, along with cloud security certifications, are highly desirable.

Expertise in Cryptographic Risk Management, PQC, Security Architecture, IoT, Project Leadership, and Stakeholder Management is essential. This position is based in Pune, India.
