As an OT Security Consultant, you will be the key client contact for OT Security Operations Center (SOC) services. Responsibilities include managing engagements, ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication about security posture and incidents, and fostering strong client relationships.

You will also be involved in scoping and planning OT/ICS security engagements, contributing to market development, and assisting in proposal creation. Developing team members through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and leading by example is also a core part of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically focusing on OT security operations. A strong understanding of OT systems like SCADA, DCS, and PLC is essential.

Experience with security monitoring tools such as Claroty, Nozomi, Tenable, CrowdStrike EDR, and SIEM platforms is required, along with proficiency in incident response procedures. Relevant certifications like GICSP, CISSP, or CISM are preferred. Experience in sectors such as Energy & Utilities or Government is a plus.
