Design and implement comprehensive JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) workflows within cloud security zero-trust solutions like Microsoft Entra ID Governance. This includes managing onboarding, role modifications, and offboarding processes.

Integrate HR systems such as Workday, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors with cloud security zero-trust Entra ID using SCIM or HR-driven provisioning.

Develop custom workflow extensions leveraging Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. Configure Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) to enforce zero-trust principles.

Manage hybrid identity environments by integrating on-premises Active Directory through Entra Connect or Cloud Sync.

A strong foundation in cloud security, specifically with Microsoft Entra ID Governance, encompassing Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and PIM, is essential.

Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Graph API and proficiency in REST-based automation are required. Experience integrating HR systems with cloud security Entra ID via SCIM or provisioning connectors is key.

Skilled in PowerShell and/or Python for scripting and automation, coupled with a solid understanding of Zero Trust, RBAC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP is necessary. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. This role is based in Pune, India.
