As an Assistant Manager in the Cyber: ES Team, you will cultivate strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams to exceed expectations. Your core responsibilities include overseeing OT security operations, acting as the main client contact for OT SOC services, and conducting regular client discussions on security posture and incident management.

You will manage and support a portfolio of OT/ICS security engagements, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and budget targets. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with prospective clients on scoping and planning delivery phases, contributing to the expansion of OT/ICS security services across various sectors. This involves identifying sales opportunities and assisting in proposal development.

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in cybersecurity, specifically focusing on OT security operations. A solid understanding of OT systems like SCADA, DCS, and PLCs is essential, along with experience in security monitoring tools (Claroty, Nozomi, Tenable, CrowdStrike EDR), SIEM platforms, and incident response procedures.

Ideal candidates will hold a B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. While not mandatory, certifications like GICSP, CISSP, or CISM are preferred. You should possess 4 to 10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities also include providing training, mentoring team members, and contributing to thought leadership for Deloitte Cyber and OT/ICS security offerings. Experience in sectors such as Government, Energy & Utilities, or Telecoms is highly valued.
