Design and implement comprehensive Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows within Cloud Security Zero Trust solutions, specifically Microsoft Entra ID Governance. This includes managing onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes.

Integrate HR systems such as Workday, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors with Microsoft Entra ID using SCIM or HR-driven provisioning for seamless user lifecycle management.

Develop custom workflow extensions leveraging Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions to enhance security automation capabilities.

Configure Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) to bolster governance controls and enforce Zero Trust principles.

Manage hybrid identity scenarios, ensuring smooth integration with on-premises Active Directory through Entra Connect or Cloud Sync.

Requires proven hands-on experience with Cloud Security, particularly Microsoft Entra ID Governance, including Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and PIM.

Possesses strong skills in Microsoft Graph API and REST-based automation for efficient security management.

Demonstrates experience integrating HR systems with Cloud security Entra ID via SCIM or provisioning connectors.

Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python for scripting and automation is essential.

Requires a solid understanding of Zero Trust principles, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is necessary.

Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
