Design and implement comprehensive JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) workflows within Cloud security solutions like Microsoft Entra ID Governance. This includes onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes.

Integrate key HR systems such as Workday, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors with Cloud security Entra ID using SCIM or HR-driven provisioning.

Develop custom workflow extensions leveraging Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions to enhance governance capabilities.

Configure essential governance controls, including Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

Manage hybrid identity scenarios by integrating on-premises Active Directory with Entra ID using Entra Connect or Cloud Sync.

A strong foundation in Cloud security with proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra ID Governance, covering Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and PIM.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Graph API and REST-based automation, alongside experience integrating HR systems with Cloud security Entra ID via SCIM or provisioning connectors.

Expertise in PowerShell and/or Python for scripting and automation is essential, coupled with a solid understanding of Zero Trust principles, RBAC, SCIM, and OAuth 2.0/OIDC.

Educational qualifications include a B.E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with Workday, SAP HCM, or SuccessFactors is advantageous.
