As a Senior Analyst in our Cyber Team, you'll foster strong working relationships with colleagues and clients to consistently surpass expectations.

Develop robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with current privacy laws and regulations for clients. Conduct comprehensive assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy and protection risks, creating tailored mitigation strategies. Monitor and evaluate data processing activities, ensuring adherence to data protection laws and internal company policies as required by clients. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, application reviews, and privacy impact assessments. Design and implement security/privacy frameworks, including re-engineering processes and privacy controls for effective framework development.

A minimum of 1+ years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance is essential. Certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred. Possess in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a specific emphasis on the Personal Data Protection Bill in India. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
