As a Senior Analyst on our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong client relationships and exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will include developing data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations.
You will conduct assessments to pinpoint data privacy risks and devise mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Monitoring data processing activities for compliance with laws and company policies will also be key. Additionally, you will offer expert guidance on data protection impact assessments, risk assessments, data governance, and application privacy.
This role involves designing and implementing security and privacy frameworks, along with re-engineering processes and privacy controls to ensure effective framework development for our clients.
To excel in this role, a minimum of 1 year of experience in data protection or privacy compliance is essential. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for identifying and addressing complex challenges.
In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is highly valued. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary for effective client interaction and teamwork. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment is key.
While not mandatory, certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred. Familiarity with Controlling functions like Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing would be beneficial.
