As a Consultant in Data Protection, you will cultivate strong client relationships and drive client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include implementing and managing essential Data Security tools such as DLP, Data Classification, Digital Rights Management, CASB, and Insider Risk Management. You will configure and fine-tune DLP use cases and data classification labels, meticulously assessing clients' data security posture against their unique environments and business objectives.

Further responsibilities involve conducting thorough research on the latest Data Security technologies and best practices. You'll provide strategic recommendations for optimizing current technologies and establishing new policies to effectively mitigate data leakage risks. The role also includes developing roadmaps, operating models, policies, tool designs, and process documentation, alongside monitoring and analyzing security incidents involving data breaches and assisting in remediation efforts.

We are seeking a professional with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Data Security, encompassing engineering, operations, or implementation. A Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Technical certifications in Data Security tools from vendors like Microsoft, ForcePoint, Netskope, or Palo Alto are highly desirable. Essential experience includes proficiency with Microsoft Purview (O365 DLP, AIP, MIP) or ForcePoint DLP. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical security concepts into actionable business recommendations.
