As a Manager within the Cyber: Identity Team, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently striving to exceed expectations. Your role will involve designing and implementing comprehensive architectures for legacy application decommissioning. You'll also be instrumental in developing and configuring Saviynt solutions to precisely meet client requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs. Key responsibilities include designing and deploying identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt, creating custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems, and providing expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with strong hands-on implementation experience using SailPoint IdentityIQ. A deep understanding of IAM concepts, workflows, connectors, and integration is essential. The ability to design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint solutions is crucial. While knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, Active Directory, and SQL is advantageous, excellent communication and client-facing skills are paramount. Candidates should possess a B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
